NZ Flag Referendum Preliminary Result
The Kyle Lockwood black and blue fern flag has (almost) won the first round of the New Zealand flag referendum...

But it's only a sliver ahead of the Kyle Lockwood red and blue fern flag (50.53 vs 49.47), so may lose after all the votes have been counted.
Pity there's not a clear winner, but par for the course for a referendum that's been mismanaged from the start.
